Regain restorative sleep... Naturally

If you have trouble falling asleep, if your mind stays alert even after the lights are out, know that you are not alone. I regularly see people who complain of sleep disorders (difficulty falling asleep, night wakings, restless nights).
First of all, it is important to understand that, to achieve good results, a single isolated reflexology session will certainly not be enough, even if it does you good and may allow you to sleep better the following night and the few after that.
For it to be truly effective, I recommend a three-step follow-up.
During the first, we begin by relieving mental pressure, by stimulating the reflex zones of the solar plexus (emotional center), the adrenal glands (linked to stress), and the diaphragm area (key to relaxation).
The expected result of this first session is that the body stops struggling and shifts into “slow-down” mode.
When stress decreases, we can work more deeply, and our second session will help rebalance the internal rhythms.
Here, I target the hypothalamus–pituitary axis (management of the internal clock), the liver area, often involved in waking between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m., and the digestive zones if falling asleep is disturbed.
Here we are looking for you to regain a more stable night, with fewer sudden awakenings.
We finish with a session dedicated to slowing down, by particularly stimulating the respiratory zones and the parasympathetic system, adopting a rhythm of pressure that unconsciously guides you toward a “pre-sleep” state, so that you can fall asleep faster, more deeply, and finally regain truly restorative sleep.
Bear in mind, however, that reflexology does not act like a sleeping pill; it does not “force you to sleep.” It simply teaches the body again what it already knows how to do. That is, to calm down, self-regulate, and synchronize itself.

Reflexology helps you find the point of balance that finally allows you to let go and gently drift into deep, restorative sleep.
