1. Website Publisher

The website hellosoins.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by:

(hereinafter “HelloSoins” or the “Platform”)

2. Purpose of the Platform

HelloSoins is a digital platform connecting:

• practitioners operating in the wellness sector or regulated professions (the “Practitioners”),
• users wishing to connect with them (the “Users”).

The Platform provides:

• online booking services,
• matchmaking services,
• professional digital tools,
• informational wellness content.

HelloSoins acts solely as a technical intermediary.

3. Nature of Services – No Medical Activity

3.1 General Principle

HelloSoins does not provide medical services.

The Platform:

• does not perform diagnoses,
• does not prescribe treatments,
• does not provide medical consultations,
• does not guarantee therapeutic results.

Services fall under wellness, personal development, or non-medical practices unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Health Disclaimer

Services are not medical acts and do not replace medical diagnosis or care.

Users must consult a qualified healthcare professional for health issues.

Users acknowledge this before booking.

4. Regulated vs Non-Regulated Practices

Practices may be:

• regulated professions, or
• non-regulated wellness practices.

Practitioners must:

• comply with laws,
• not misrepresent qualifications,
• not promise cures,
• not practice illegal medicine.

HelloSoins does not verify licensing.

5. Legal Status

HelloSoins acts as:

• a technical intermediary,
• a hosting provider under French digital law (LCEN).

It does not validate:

• methods,
• content,
• claimed benefits.

Liability arises only if illegal content is not removed after notice.

6. Account Creation

Accounts are for adults only.

Users must provide accurate information.

Accounts may be suspended for violations.

7. Practitioner Obligations

Practitioners must:

• provide accurate information,
• certify qualifications,
• have required authorizations,
• hold liability insurance,
• not perform medical acts unlawfully.

They remain solely responsible.

8. Liability

HelloSoins is not liable for:

• practitioner services,
• disputes,
• damages,
• unmet expectations.

Liability is limited to fees collected over 12 months.

Practitioners bear full responsibility.

9. User Waiver

Users acknowledge:

• the platform is not a healthcare provider,
• they act at their own risk,
• they waive claims against HelloSoins.

10. Partners

Partners only relay information.

No joint liability applies.

11. Personal Data

Data is processed under GDPR.

Users have rights of access, correction, and deletion.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content is protected.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

French law applies.

French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

The website hellosoins.com provides a digital platform designed to facilitate access to IT and medical services for healthcare professionals (the “Practitioners”) and their clients (the “Users” or “clients”).

Services offered by Mathieu Keramoal include:

• secure data processing, management, and hosting;
• a public practitioner directory;
• an online appointment booking system;
• video conferencing tools for consultations;
• dedicated technical support;
• related digital support services.

2. Registration and Account Creation

Use of the services requires creating a personal account for both Practitioners and clients.

Practitioner Registration

A Practitioner account is mandatory to access professional services such as listing, booking management, and teleconsultation tools.

Client Registration

Clients must also create an account to access booking, online consultations, and personalized features.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are made via:

• credit card,
• SEPA direct debit,
• secure platform Stripe.

No payments are made directly to Mathieu Keramoal. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

For clients

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments via their account, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• If cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, no fees apply.
• If cancelled less than 48 hours before and prepayment was required, it will be retained by the Practitioner.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon.

Effective Date

These Terms came into effect on September 3, 2025.
