Gestalt therapy: learning to be with others without losing yourself

Gestalt therapy helps you understand yourself better, recognize your needs, and get out of relationships in which you lose yourself. It is a relational and body-oriented approach that helps you regain self-confidence, free yourself from the judgment of others, and exist more fully, without masks.

Gestalt therapy: learning to be with others without losing yourself

I receive in Gestalt therapy people who feel internally tired, alone, lost, or caught in repetitive and painful relationships.
Many have learned to adapt, to wear masks, to silence their feelings for fear of how others might see them. Over time, they end up making misaligned choices and drifting away from themselves.

Gestalt therapy makes it possible to rediscover a more alive relationship with oneself and with others.
It helps to recognize and validate one’s feelings, identify one’s needs, get out of harmful relational patterns, and feel freer in one’s choices.

I do not offer ready-made solutions. They are always personal.
I walk alongside the person so that their own adjustments can emerge, based on what they are experiencing here and now.

Gestalt is a humanistic and relational approach, attentive to present experience: emotions, thoughts, bodily sensations, and relationship.
Currently in the 3rd cycle at the École Parisienne de Gestalt, in advanced training in psychotherapy (object relations and body), I pay particular attention to bodily experience, as a compass for change.

Sessions take place in my office or via video conference, last 50 minutes, and are intended for adults.

You are not too sensitive.
You may simply be disconnected from your inner compass.
